The contest, themed "GBA through My Lens" for the first time, received 110 entries with over 4 million views on social media. Deputy Commissioner Hua You addressed the ceremony, noting that the event serves as a key platform to tell the stories of "one country, two systems" and showcase the vitality of GBA integration and Chinese-style modernization. He called on all sectors to innovatively share Hong Kong's progress in its transition from governance to prosperity.

Wong Ho-yiu, a Secondary 5 student from Ko Lui Secondary School, won the championship with his work The Pulse of the GBA, created with AI filmmaking skills learned at school.

The contest accepted documentaries, dramas, and animations. Ten finalists were selected from 30 shortlisted works and shown on the Facebook page. Winners were judged by online engagement (30%) and scores from the Office and 5 Hong Kong media professionals (70%).

The winners, Yu Tsun-ho and Fung Hei-nok from Ko Lui Secondary School, drew inspiration from a drone light show in Shenzhen. Despite tight academic schedules, they finished filming and editing in just two to three days and plan to pursue careers in the film and television industry.
