Chief Executive John Lee recently announced that he will lead the HKSAR Government in establishing a systematic policy framework to align proactively with the country's 15th Five-Year Plan.
The focus of the plan will be on developing a more comprehensive, precise, and detailed strategic blueprint for key development areas.
The HKSAR government will also formulate HK's first "five-year plan," which will be forward-looking, strategic, and broad in scope.
