"Forward dive is called 101A, 101B, reverse dive is called 201A." "My favorite is the reverse dive." "I only do one dive, the 'Swallow' dive." When it comes to diving, "Happy Nut" and "Grandmaster Hu", two diving enthusiasts from Tianjin, can't contain their excitement. Their words reveal not only professional knowledge but also a deep passion for diving.

"Happy Nut" started learning swimming and diving in 2021. "Since I started diving, I feel happier, my appetite has improved, and I've become stronger than before." "Grandmaster Hu" initially got into diving after watching "Happy Nut's" videos. At the time, he was suffering from a herniated lumbar disc. After seeing diving videos online, "I thought to myself, I should go swimming right away." And so, he joined the group of divers practicing.

In fact, this group of diving sisters and uncles, active along the riverbanks in Tianjin, practice persistently whether in the scorching 30-degree summer or in the deep winter when temperatures approach zero. Diving has become an unshakable part of their daily routine. "Grandmaster Hu" shared that after years of consistent practice, even in winter, once they start moving, "the chill inside the body escapes with a whoosh, and the body feels especially light and comfortable."

"Swimming friends worldwide are one family." Diving has also become a bond that brings "Happy Nut," "Grandmaster Hu," and many other swimming friends together. They gather because of their shared passion, candidly commenting on each other's moves and exchanging techniques. Every year, they travel great distances to meet in the same city, leaving their footprints and creating memories through diving. "Going to a certain place, recording a video, taking a photo, then going home to appreciate it myself—it feels quite fulfilling," said "Happy Nut."

"Grandmaster Hu" encourages young people to try diving, calling it a "sport with positive energy." He joked, "Some people, when they encounter difficulties or are in desperation or confusion, can go dive from the 10-meter platform. In that instant, maybe you'll figure it out. Suddenly, in a moment, you'll feel this hurdle is not that hard to get over!"
