Today (March 4), we witnessed the CPPCC, China's top political advisory body, open its annual session in Beijing, and the news conference ahead of the opening of the NPC's annual session.
According to the spokesperson of the news conference, the fourth session of the 14th NPC is set to begin on Thursday (March 5) morning and conclude on the afternoon of March 12.
Its agenda includes deliberating the report on the work of the government, examining the draft outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030) for national economic and social development, and so on.
