In celebration of "Art March Hong Kong," M+, located in the West Kowloon Cultural District, will offer free admission to its major exhibitions and public programmes on this Sunday, March 8, 2026. Visitors can enter most galleries without advance registration.
Exhibitions open to the public
The free admission includes a wide array of current exhibitions across the museum:
On Level 2:
- M+ Sigg Collection: Inner Worlds
- Things, Spaces, Interactions
- Making It Matters
- Shanshui: Echoes and Signals
- Robert Rauschenberg and Asia
- Chiharu Shiota: Infinite Memory
On B2:
- Ryuichi Sakamoto | seeing sound, hearing time
- Danh Vo in Situ: Akari by Noguchi
On Lower Ground (LG):
The Mediatheque will also be open as usual, featuring screening programmes available free of charge in both the Mediatheque and the Grand Stair throughout the day.
Entry guidelines and access
To manage visitor flow, certain museum entrances will be closed on the day. All visitors attending the free open day can enter through the Artist Square Entrance at 10:00 am.
The museum closes at 8:00 pm. The museum will implement a last entry queue cutoff at 7:00 pm to ensure all guests have sufficient time to explore.
