Zhaodong baked pancake (or Zhaodong baked flatbread) is a specialty street snack from Zhaodong City in Heilongjiang Province, Northeast China. It's a beloved item in the region's barbecue culture, often found at night markets and grill stalls. It's made from small, rectangular or round wheat dough pieces (about 1–2 cm thick), with crosshatched cuts on the surface to help absorption of sauces and even crisping.
