To mark its 50th anniversary, McDonald's Hong Kong is introducing a special edition of Monopoly, a board game that incorporates beloved McDonald's characters such as Grimace, Birdie, Hamburglar, Mayor McCheese, Officer Big Mac, and Fry Kids. These iconic figures appear throughout the game's design, from the box and board to the game cards and currency, evoking fond memories for fans.
The game board replaces traditional Monopoly properties with McDonald's-themed locations, such as the McDonald's outlets in The Peak, Admiralty, and Tsim Sha Tsui. The six game tokens are transformed into McDonald's classic menu items, including the Big Mac, French Fries, Sundae, Happy Meal Box, Drink Cup, and McCafé Cup. Whether played or collected, this special edition holds significant value for McDonald's enthusiasts.
Starting from 11:00 a.m. on Feb. 10 (Tuesday), McDonald's App users can visit a designated website via the app to redeem the limited-edition board game set. The set is available for HK$388 + 100 McDonald's App pointsand includes two HK$ 20 McDonald's food coupons (total value: HK$40).
