As the Spring Festival approaches, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge will be free of charge! The State Council Information Office held a press conference this morning (Jan. 29) to announce that during this year's Spring Festival holiday, from 00:00 on February 15 to 24:00 on February 23, all national expressways will waive toll fees for small passenger vehicles with up to seven seats.
This means that during the Spring Festival holiday, the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge will waive toll fees for small passenger vehicles (including the driver's seat) with up to seven seats. The specific free period is from 00:00 on February 15, 2026, to 24:00 on February 23, 2026. Eligible small passenger vehicles can enjoy the free passage policy through both electronic automatic toll collection lanes (national standard ETC and Hong Kong's Autotoll users) and manual toll collection lanes.
Free Period: From 00:00 on February 15 to 24:00 on February 23.
Discount Details: Currently, the toll for small passenger vehicles (private cars and taxis) crossing the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is RMB 150. With the free passage during the Spring Festival holiday, drivers of small passenger vehicles can save a total of RMB 300 in toll fees for a round trip across the bridge.
