The Cathay International Chinese New Year Night Parade, organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, will launch on the evening of Chinese New Year's Day (Feb. 17) and will see nearly 60 floats and performance troupes gather in Tsim Sha Tsui for an international celebration, delivering festive blessings.

Before the parade begins, around 6:00 pm, 15 local performing groups will take turns showcasing lion dances, dragon dances, fancy rope skipping, street dance, magic, and more, setting the stage for the festivities.

The parade procession will depart from the Hong Kong Cultural Centre at 8:00 pm, proceeding along Canton Road, Haiphong Road, and Nathan Road before concluding at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel.

The first float is expected to arrive at Canton Road around 8:30 pm, reach Nathan Road at 9:00 pm, and the final float is expected to arrive at the endpoint around 10:30 pm.

The parade features spectator seating at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre.

Tickets priced at HK$600, HK$550, and HK$450 will go on sale starting at 8:00 am on Saturday (Feb. 7), at the Hong Kong Tourism Board's Kowloon visitor center.
