The Hong Kong Tourism Board reported on Dec. 15 that from January to November this year, approximately 45 million visitors traveled to Hong Kong, representing a 12% year-on-year increase, surpassing the total number of visitors for the entire year of 2024.
In the first eleven months, the Chinese Mainland visitors accounted for about 34.5 million, an 11% increase compared to last year; non-Mainland visitors reached around 10 million, marking a 16% growth year-on-year. Both short-haul and long-haul markets experienced nearly a 20% increase.
