MTR presents joint exhibition at HK & Central station to memorialise 85 years since Bruce Lee's birth

To celebrate the 85th anniversary of the legendary Bruce Lee's birth, MTR Corporation, in collaboration with the Bruce Lee Foundation and the Hong Kong Heritage Museum, proudly presents "The Formless Way: Commemorating 85 Years Since Bruce Lee's Birth." This exhibition is uniquely featured at both the Living Art Stage at Hong Kong Station and the Exhibition Site near Exit J at Central Station for the first time.

This section boasts dynamic installations and immersive experiences that highlight Bruce Lee's iconic moves and philosophical views, encouraging the public to engage in a spiritual dialogue with the legendary figure across time.

Central Station's Exhibition Site Near Exit J

Exhibition Date: Starting from Nov. 25, 2025

The themed exhibit, "Traveling by MTR: Connecting Bruce Lee's Footprints across Hong Kong," features a rich array of rare photographs, film stills, posters, and martial arts philosophy, offering an in-depth look at Bruce Lee's artistic journey and his deep connection to the city.

The exhibition's opening ceremony took place on Nov. 24. In her address, Secretary for Transport and Logistics, Mable Chan remarked, "Bruce Lee is a global symbol of Hong Kong. His relentless pursuit of breakthroughs mirrors our development in public transport. We have a world-class system and a comprehensive railway network that meets international standards, yet we must continue to innovate, establishing new railway benchmarks for Hong Kong that align with global standards."

The CEO of Hong Kong's MTR Corporation, Jacob Kam said, "Bruce Lee's international fame has introduced Chinese martial arts to the world. Through this exhibit at Hong Kong Station and Central Station, the MTR aims to celebrate his legendary legacy with various artistic experiences. We aspire to create an inspiring cultural space for the public amidst the bustling city, integrating art and culture into everyday life."

Child of Bruce Lee, Shannon Lee expressed, "It is a great honor to celebrate my father's 85th birthday in Hong Kong—the city where he grew up and achieved remarkable success. His legendary accomplishments resonate across generations, and the MTR, as a transportation hub uniting communities, is the perfect venue to promote his spirit and philosophy."
