The Chocoviar Red Berry Chocolate features a double-layer red berry filling, with rich red berry jam and creamy flavors encased in a dark chocolate shell, delicately decorated with 75% Chocoviar chocolate pearls. In addition to existing chocolate brands hosting major events in HK, a new brand has entered the market to surprise chocolate enthusiasts. Swiss premium chocolate brand LÄDERACH is renowned for its freshly made chocolates, often referred to as the "Hermès of chocolate."
The brand recently opened its flagship store at K11 MUSEA in HK. The store features large slabs of freshly made chocolate displayed in open glass cases, where they are hand-broken into pieces on-site, creating a visually stunning experience for chocolate lovers.
Currently, the HK store offers a variety of flavors, including caramel hazelnut, almond, and pistachio paired with milk or dark chocolate, as well as strawberry cream white chocolate. A special highlight is the alcohol-infused chocolates designed exclusively for the HK market. These chocolates feature liquid centers with a touch of whisky or liqueur, encased in a chocolate shell that bursts with aroma upon biting.
