Richard D. Wolff is an American Marxian economist, academic, and author. He is a Professor Emeritus of Economics at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a visiting professor at The New School in New York.
Wolff is widely recognized for his critiques of capitalism and his advocacy for alternative economic systems, particularly workplace democracy and worker cooperatives.
