The Korean group SEVENTEEN will powerfully land at the Kai Tak Sports Park today (Sept. 27) and tomorrow to hold their "SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] IN HONG KONG" concert. This marks SEVENTEEN's return to Hong Kong after a 7-year hiatus since 2018 to reunite with their fans, and it also serves as the first overseas stop of their world tour. Under the theme "NEW_", symbolizing new challenges and infinite possibilities, the concert is set to amaze all fans in attendance.

To ensure the best concert experience for the audience, the venue reminds attendees to prepare in advance, including: collecting physical tickets before heading to the Sports Park, checking the entry arrangements and routes (especially the entry time and gate), allowing sufficient time for entry, understanding the transportation arrangements, and planning their travel to and from the venue. Additionally, official merchandise will be available for sale inside the Kai Tak Sports Park, and fans are welcome to set aside time to fully enjoy selecting their favorite items.

Entry arrangements

To ensure smooth entry, the concert will implement a staggered entry schedule, with security checks opening from 2:00 PM. Attendees are requested to refer to the gate assigned on their ticket and arrive early to scan their tickets for entry at the corresponding gate.

- Attendees participating in the pre-concert rehearsal (entering via Gates A, B, C) can enter from 2:30 PM and will receive a special lanyard and pass upon entry. Latecomers will not be admitted.

- Standing ticket holders (entering via Gate X) can queue in the waiting area outside Gate X from 12:00 PM and will begin entering from 4:00 PM.

- Other attendees can begin entering from 4:30 PM.

Standing ticket holders are advised to choose an appropriate arrival time based on their circumstances and prepare accordingly before entry. When entering, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff, wait patiently, and enter in an orderly manner in batches. Please note especially that the walking route to Gate X is different from other gates. Gate X is located on the ground level; attendees need to follow the directional signs along the way and proceed via the Sung Chei Road Park to reach this gate. Attendees entering through other gates can reach their assigned gate via the West Bridge (closer to Sung Wong Toi MTR Station) or the Central Plaza (closer to Kai Tak MTR Station).

Entry rules

Attendees are requested to comply with the venue rules and pay attention to restricted items. Prohibited items include: photographic equipment, tablet computers, any support items larger than 38cm x 30cm x 20cm, long umbrellas, and plastic/silicone water bottles/cups exceeding 600ml, among others. Plastic or silicone water bottles/cups with a capacity not exceeding 600ml are allowed but must not have lids/caps or contain any liquid. If needed, attendees can use the temporary storage racks or umbrella bins outside the venue to store items, but must assess the risks themselves; alternatively, they can choose paid luggage storage services and retrieve their items when leaving.

Transportation

As traffic in the vicinity of the Kai Tak Sports Park (KTSP) is expected to be heavy, concertgoers should opt for public transport and avoid driving or taking private cars (including cross-boundary private cars).

The TD has coordinated with local and cross-boundary public transport operators to strengthen their services during dispersal. The MTR will enhance the frequency of trains on the Tuen Ma Line. The last MTR train to Lo Wu Station via interchanging at Tai Wai Station on the East Rail Line will depart from Sung Wong Toi Station at 10:59 pm and Kai Tak Station at 11:01 pm. Franchised bus companies will provide 11 special bus routes at the Sung Wong Toi Road Pick-up/Drop-off Area (PUDOA) to Lok Ma Chau (San Tin) Public Transport Interchange (route No. SP12), the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port and Airport (route No. A25S), and major districts across the territory.

Concertgoers who plan to return to the Mainland on the same day may also take the KTSP's cross-boundary coach services during dispersal. Passengers should purchase tickets from the operators' online platforms in advance. On-site ticket sales will not be available during dispersal.

The Kai Tak Stadium Taxi PUDOA will be open. The Sung Wong Toi Road PUDOA will be open for taxi drop-off only during admission (2 pm to 6:30 pm) and suspended for taxi pick-up/drop-off during dispersal. The expected waiting time will be longer amid the outflux of spectators, and passengers' patience is appreciated.
