On Sept. 24 at 3 pm, Geneva time, during 26 meeting of the 60th Session of Human Rights Council, in the "Interactive Dialogue on the Report of the Secretary-General on Cooperation with the United Nations," the Chinese representative refuted foreign attempts to sensationalize false viewpoints regarding Hong Kong, emphasizing that Hong Kong affairs are purely China's internal matters and that no external forces should interfere.
Subsequently, Hong Kong youth representative Sean Lee condemned the United States for abusing unilateral sanctions, which harm the human rights and interests of citizens of other countries.
