
The Hong Kong Observatory (HKO) issued the Strong Wind Signal No. 3 at 9:20 a.m. today (Sept. 19).
The Education Bureau previously announced that, as the HKO planned to issue the No. 3 Signal between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., classes at kindergartens, schools for children with physical disabilities, and schools for children with intellectual disabilities would be suspended for the day.
