Chief Executive John Lee delivered his fourth Policy Address at the Legislative Council today (Sept. 17) at 11 am. The new Policy Address focuses on the economy and the well-being of people's livelihoods. The cover of the Policy Address continues to use green, symbolizing vitality and continuity, as well as representing the ongoing policies of the SAR government and the prosperity and vitality of Hong Kong, moving forward year after year toward a better tomorrow.
