The world's first AIGC animation series on Chinese civilization, CHINESE STORIES, launches as the Monkey King wreaks havoc in Heaven and golden rooster announces dawn.
This series decodes the martial and literary virtues of two zodiac animals: the spirited monkey transforms into the Great Sage Equal to Heaven from Journey to the West, performing seventy-two transformations and causing chaos in Heaven until subdued by Buddha, becoming a totem of the "unrestrained" Eastern hero; the golden rooster relates to the idiom "rising to practice at the crow of the rooster"—a story of Jin general Zu Ti, who rose at the sound of a rooster to practice swordsmanship, symbolizing determination and hard work. Additionally, due to the homophone "chicken (jī) = auspicious (jí)" in Chinese, it has become a favorite in folk art.
The entire film is available in three languages on the DotDotNews App.
