
On Sept. 10 (local time), Charlie Kirk, a political ally of US President Trump, was shot and killed, and the perpetrator remains at large. On Sept. 11, Utah police released the latest photos of a "suspect" allegedly related to the case, but no arrests have been made yet. According to reports, police have obtained the suspect's name, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has announced a reward of $100,000, urging the public to provide information to assist in the investigation.
The Salt Lake City office of the FBI stated on X: "We are requesting the public's help in locating the suspect related to the shooting." They also released two photos of the suspect, who is seen wearing a baseball cap and sunglasses, captured in a stairwell. According to the Utah Department of Public Safety, these screenshots were extracted from campus surveillance footage prior to the shooting incident.
