The WTT Yokohama Championships entered its fifth day today (Aug. 11). In today's men's singles final, Wang Chuqin faced Japanese player Tomokazu Harimoto. After a thrilling six-game match, Wang Chuqin lost to his old rival Harimoto Tomokazu 2-4, taking the silver medal.
The scores for the six games were: 9-11, 5-11, 8-11, 11-9, 13-11, and 4-11.
This match also marked the final match of the WTT Yokohama Championships. China's national table tennis team won one gold and two silver medals. Chen Xingtong won gold and Sun Yingsha took silver in the women's singles, while Wang Chuqin took silver in the men's singles.
