To celebrate the first birthday of giant pandas Jia Jia and De De, the Hong Kong Tourism Board invited "Labubu's father," Kasing Lung, to design a special edition Labubu plush toy. Surprisingly, actor Tony Leung became one of the lucky collectors of this limited edition piece.
In a photo, Leung coincidentally matches the color scheme of the Labubu toy, showcasing an unexpectedly adorable side. Carina Lau also shared several photos with the special edition Labubu on social media, sparking discussions among netizens: "I didn't expect the film king to be so childlike," "Even a stylish man can't resist the charm of cute things," and "This contrast is stunning."
The special edition Labubu will be officially unveiled on Aug. 15, the birthday of the giant pandas, as part of a series of celebratory events. Fans of pandas and Labubu should stay tuned for more updates.
