Four high-speed train services canceled today due to mainland equipment failure

According to the Transport Department, the mainland railway unit has reported that due to equipment failure on the relevant mainland section, some high-speed train services from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station to Guangzhou East Station have been canceled today (July 22). (DotDotNews)

According to the Transport Department, the mainland railway unit has reported that due to equipment failure on the relevant mainland section, some high-speed train services from Hong Kong West Kowloon Station to Guangzhou East Station have been canceled today (July 22). The canceled services include G6568 and G6556 from Hong Kong West Kowloon to Guangzhou East, as well as G6565 and G6553 from Guangzhou East to Hong Kong West Kowloon.

For information regarding these services, please refer to the official 12306 website (https://www.12306.cn/index/). If you have the mobile application installed, you can check the station's big screen page. Passengers can also stay updated through the high-speed railway webpage, mobile application, or the latest information released at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station. Passengers may consider taking the East Rail Line via Lo Wu or Lok Ma Chau, or using other cross-boundary transportation options to travel to the Mainland.
