According to Indian media reports, the runway sustained minor damage, and the plane's engines and several tires were damaged. (India's media)

On July 21 (local time), an Air India Airbus A320 flying from Kochi in Kerala to Mumbai skidded off the runway while landing at Mumbai airport during heavy rain.

Air India stated that there were no casualties among the passengers and crew, and the aircraft is currently undergoing inspection.
