Japanese lifestyle retailer 3COINS is set to open its first Hong Kong store tomorrow (July 18) at Hysan Place, Causeway Bay.
The store boasts seven themed sections offering more than 2,500 Japanese-style lifestyle items, including home goods, seasonal products, kitchenware, storage solutions, laundry essentials, rain gear, and outdoor items. Additionally, seven exclusive HK-only products will be available.
The retailer aims to match its Japanese pricing in HK. To ensure transparency, the store will provide a currency conversion chart for Japanese yen to HK dollars. For example, waterproof socks priced at ¥330 in Japan will sell for HK$18 in HK; an "easy-to-clean" hairbrush priced at ¥550 in Japan will sell for HK$30; and a neck cooling band priced at ¥1,320 in Japan will cost HK$72 locally. These prices align closely with the current yen-to-HKD exchange rate.
