According to Bloomberg, luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton (LV) is set to open a massive new store at the K11 Musea shopping mall in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
Sources familiar with the matter revealed that New World Development has reached an agreement with LV for the flagship store, which will span approximately 40,000 square feet and is expected to open by the end of next year. This new location will become one of LV's largest stores in Asia. Reportedly, New World will charge rental fees based on the store's revenue.
The flagship store will primarily focus on non-retail functions, including a museum, a café, and exclusive VIP lounges for high-end clients.
The report also noted that LV is currently in negotiations with The Peninsula Hotel for the renewal of its lease at its existing store.
