Amid a wave of cinema closures, the market has finally received some good news. CineArt Cinemas announced today (July 10) that its new branch, CineArt Hollywood at Diamond Hill's Plaza Hollywood, will soon open its doors. As the fourth venue under the CineArt brand, it is set to welcome audiences this Saturday (July 12).
The new cinema features six auditoriums with approximately 1,600 seats, making it the largest cinema in Kowloon East in terms of seating capacity. Its diverse programming across multiple screens caters to different audience demographics and film enthusiasts, while also offering experiences beyond traditional movie-going, such as parent-child interactive events and anime specials.
After months of meticulous renovation, the new CineArt Hollywood boasts state-of-the-art NEC 4K projection systems, upgraded audio equipment, and comfortable seating designed to create an immersive viewing experience. The cinema chain is known for its affordable pricing, including special offers like CineArt Monday (HK$40 for all screenings every Monday) and Opening Day Thursdays (HK$50 for all new releases).
To celebrate the grand opening, CineArt will roll out a series of promotions, including HK$40 standard tickets every Monday and "buy one, get one free" deals every Wednesday during the first month.
