The visit of the People's Liberation Army Navy's Shandong aircraft carrier strike group to Hong Kong concluded today (July 7), with the fleet set to depart from Hong Kong waters in the morning. During the two days of public open days, enthusiastic personnel withstood the scorching sun to explain the ship's facilities and national defense knowledge to Hong Kong citizens. A large number of locals, including youth and students, excitedly boarded the ship to witness the country's military strength, receiving a lively lesson in national education.





The brief five-day visit has come to an end. Today, the personnel of the Shandong aircraft carrier strike group will leave Hong Kong, carrying with them the warm blessings and expectations of the Hong Kong people as they continue to navigate towards the deep blue sea to defend the nation and safeguard its territory.
