In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Disney and Pixar's beloved "Toy Story" franchise is bringing a spectacular, immersive experience to New Town Plaza in Sha Tin. From July 8th to September 3rd, 2025, fans can step into the whimsical world of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and all their favourite toy companions.

The celebration spans three key zones at New Town Plaza, each bringing iconic movie moments to life:
7-Meter Floating Alien & Retro Arcade Playground (Phase 1, 3/F Glass Atrium)
A show-stopping, 7-meter-tall inflatable Alien dangles mid-air with its signature "PICK ME!" charm. Below, visitors can explore a life-sized pinball machine-themed playground featuring Woody, Rex, and other pals, perfect for nostalgic snapshots.
"PICK ME" Rocket Photo Op (Phase 1, UB Play Park)
Climb into a vibrant rocket-shaped installation alongside another adorable Alien, striking poses with its giant claw for Instagram-worthy moments.
Cuddly Meet-and-Greet with Lotso (Phase 3, 3/F)
A 2.5-meter-tall, huggable Lotso (the plush pink bear from Toy Story 3) strikes playful poses with Jessie and Hamm. The scene is adorned with oversized strawberries, paying homage to Lotso's sweetest obsession.
Limited-Edition Merchandise & Games
The "Toy Story" Pop-Up Store (East Wing, 1/F, Phase 1) is a treasure trove for fans, featuring over 200 Toy Story-themed items—including 20 exclusive launches like retro-print tote bags, desktop blind boxes, and graphic tees. A themed carnival game booth nearby offers chances to win 30th-anniversary souvenirs, while a photo booth with character-themed frames allows visitors to immortalise their visit.
