According to French media reports, French Prime Minister François Bayrou recently found himself stuck in the cockpit of a Rafale fighter jet during the Paris Air Show at Le Bourget.
The report stated, "While visiting the Bourget Air Show, Bayrou boarded a French Rafale fighter jet. However, a minor incident occurred: the Prime Minister got stuck in the cockpit and was unable to exit the aircraft on her own, leading to a flurry of jokes online." Emergency personnel quickly initiated a rescue operation, which was ultimately successful.
The 55th Paris Air Show opened on June 16 in the suburbs of Paris and will run until June 22, attracting nearly 2,400 exhibitors from 48 countries and regions. Founded in 1909, the Paris Air Show is one of the largest and most prestigious international aerospace exhibitions in the world.
