The Saudi Super Cup will take place at the Hong Kong Stadium in August, featuring the team Al Nassr, which includes Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Saudi Arabian Football Federation announced that this year's Super Cup will be held from August 19 to 23, with participating teams including the top four teams from the recent league season: champions Ittihad, runners-up Al Hilal, third-placed Al Nassr, and fourth-placed Al Ahli.
There are several familiar faces for HK fans among these four teams, including the 40-year-old Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo, currently playing for Al Nassr. However, reports indicate that Ronaldo has not yet renewed his contract with Al Nassr, leaving uncertainty about whether he will join the team in HK for the tournament.

The Federation stated that this year continues the strategy of hosting the event outside Saudi Arabia, aiming to establish strategic international partnerships and promote Saudi football. A draw for the event will be held soon.
