Simultaneously, the Israeli Air Force has launched a large-scale military operation targeting dozens of Iranian facilities linked to nuclear and military programs. The operation, named "Strength of a Lion," comes amidst claims from Israeli military officials that Iran possesses sufficient enriched uranium to produce multiple bombs within days, posing what they describe as an "imminent threat."
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that Israel is now in a state of emergency. On June 13, the Israeli military confirmed that dozens of its fighter jets had completed the first phase of airstrikes, hitting multiple targets across Iran, including nuclear facilities.
