Watch This | White House: US needs electricians, plumbers, not Harvard grad students

On May 27 (local time), White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt stated on a TV show that U.S. President Trump leans towards using taxpayers' money on vocational schools and state schools. She mentioned that what America needs more are electricians, plumbers, "not LGBTQ graduate majors from Harvard University."

Recently, the U.S. government has been continuously tightening measures against Harvard University. On May 22, the U.S. government announced the cancellation of Harvard University's qualifications for student and exchange programs, prohibiting the school from enrolling international students. On May 27, U.S. officials stated that the Trump administration intends to cancel all federal funding for Harvard University.
