During the 21st China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair, a wide array of high-tech cultural products emerged, including drumsticks playing drums in the air, AI glasses for photo navigation, and even a blushing robot. This event attracted a large number of foreign buyers who came to visit and make purchases.
One intelligent drum set named "air drum" amazed foreign visitors at the venue. Aloysius, a professional drummer and tech enthusiast from Nigeria, purchased it on the spot and discussed plans to introduce Chinese technology to Africa, believing it would sell well. Aloysius was intrigued by an air drum developed by a Shenzhen tech company, which consisted of two drumsticks, a speaker, and two foot sensors. Users only needed to wear the sensors on their feet, tapping lightly on the ground to produce the sound of hitting the bass drum; swinging the drumsticks in the air simulated the sound of hitting a real drum set.
A lifelike humanoid robot named "Xialan" from a high-tech company in Shenzhen continuously blinked her eyes and greeted the audience. Blushing slightly on her cheeks, she accurately caught the gaze of the audience and responded with a smile by turning her head. With her realistic appearance, detailed facial expressions, and high-intelligence interactive experience, "Xialan" won the hearts of many overseas visitors at the cultural fair. Mahya, a student from Iran, even made friends with this "blushing robot," hoping to see it in her hometown.
For the first time, the cultural fair set up an artificial intelligence exhibition area, with over 60 renowned AI companies participating. The fantastic physical displays and interactive experiences of high-tech products on-site attracted waves of crowds.
