
According to the Ministry of Emergency Management, on the morning of April 9, the China Search and Rescue Team, the China International Search and Rescue Team, and the HKSAR search and rescue team completed their international rescue mission in Myanmar and departed from Naypyidaw on four Chinese Air Force Y-20 aircraft to return to China.
According to DDN reporters, the Chinese rescue teams are scheduled to arrive in Beijing on the afternoon of April 9.
Before their departure, the Myanmar government held a thank-you ceremony for the Chinese rescue teams at the Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief & Resettlement. The Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council of Myanmar, Soe Win, attended the ceremony and delivered a letter of appreciation.
