McDonald's has brought back the HK$35 Big Mac and Chicken Big Mac Meal, combining great taste with a charitable cause. Starting today (March 27), for every meal purchased, McDonald's will donate HK$1 to the Ronald McDonald House Charities Hong Kong, supporting families of children in need.
In addition to the iconic Big Mac, McDonald's is rolling out new limited-time menu items, including its spiciest sauce in history – the "Nether Flame" sauce – and a range of sweet treats like "Puff Pastry Mini Pies" and the return of the Caramel Sundae.
"Big Mac Big Heart" campaign with Keung To
McDonald's has once again partnered with Keung To, the Ronald McDonald House Charities ambassador for three consecutive years, to promote the "Big Mac Big Heart" charity initiative. The Big Mac features two 100% pure beef patties, Big Mac Sauce, pickles, shredded lettuce, and cheddar cheese between soft buns, while the Chicken Big Mac offers a golden, crispy chicken patty for a crunch-filled bite. Customers can enjoy the meal at any McDonald's branch or via the McDonald's App using electronic coupons for just HK$35, with HK$1 from each meal donated to charity.
"Nether Flame" sauce: HK's spiciest McDonald's sauce
McDonald's is introducing the all-new "Nether Flame" sauce, said to be the spiciest sauce ever offered by McDonald's in HK. To balance the intense heat, the new Grapefruit Soda is also being launched, providing a refreshing and soothing pairing for the sauce with Chicken McNuggets.

"Puff Pastry Mini Pies" and Caramel Sundae return
New "Puff Pastry Mini Pies", available in packs of two, feature a crispy, flaky crust with rich chocolate and smooth custard fillings, offering two indulgent flavors in one box. The beloved Caramel Sundae is also making a comeback, combining cool vanilla soft serve with warm caramel sauce for a delightful contrast.
Using the McDonald's App, customers can enjoy exclusive offers like the HK$11.5 "Puff Pastry Mini Pies" and HK$12.5 Caramel Sundae, making these treats even more affordable.
