At approximately 2:18 p.m. today (March 22), rolling stones fell from a construction site onto a minibus traveling toward Aberdeen Center, shattering a window and leaving glass scattered across the cabin.
The incident occurred on Shek Pai Wan Road near Wah Kwai Estate. A female passenger was reportedly shaken and required medical attention from emergency responders.
According to on-site reports, two small rocks—each roughly the size of half a palm—rolled down from a hillside construction site and struck the minibus on its left side, breaking a window.
The driver remained at the scene to negotiate with construction personnel, while police assisted the distressed passenger, who was later taken away in a police car for further assistance.
