The firm admitted in the statement that the photos were taken when Kim Soo-hyun was in a relationship with the adult Kim Sae-ron, and denounced the program for spreading the photos of Kim Soo-hyun's naked body, which is obviously a crime, and the host also threatened Kim Soo-hyun, claiming that he would continue to release similar photos in the future. In response to the continued spreading of false information and rumors by Kim Sae-ron's surviving family members and the "가로세로연구소" on the program that was not based on any evidence, the firm frankly said that they had no other choice but to take strong legal action.
On the other hand, the host of "가로세로연구소" broadcasted live yesterday (March 20) and said that he is not worried about Kim Soo-hyun's side filing a lawsuit, and in a mocking tone, he said, "Am I disclosing your anus? As for the surviving family of Kim Sae-ron, they are furious that Lee Jin-ho, a YouTuber who is a journalist, spread false information about Kim Sae-ron in a live broadcast on March 19. He pointed out that Kim Sae-ron was married to an outside the entertainment industry boyfriend and was living in the US before her death, and said that Kim Sae-ron proposed to get married at that time because she was pregnant but she had already gotten an abortion after that, and he also leaked out the private recording files of her and her manager's company.
