
The Hong Kong Observatory issued an amber rainstorm warning at 3 PM today (March 15), and a thunderstorm warning is also in effect.
According to the latest updates from the Observatory, a severe thunderstorm area located to the west of the Pearl River Estuary is gradually approaching Hong Kong. In the next one to two hours, widespread areas may be affected by heavy rain, accompanied by strong gusts of wind reaching 90 km/h or more. There is also a possibility of hail in the short term. The Observatory urges citizens to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
