On March 5, Premier Li Qiang delivered a report on the work of the government to the Third Session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC).

The following new terms are appeared in this year's report:

Pilot zero-based budget reform in central departments, support local governments in deepening zero-based budget reforms, and actively innovate in key systems such as expenditure standards and performance evaluation.

Continuing to push the real estate market to stop the decline and to stabilize. Investing in people

Promote more capital and resources to be "invested in people" and serve people's livelihood.

Offshore trade

Cultivate new growth points such as green trade and digital trade, and support the development of new types of offshore trade in places with the conditions.

Unicorns and gazelles

Support the development of unicorns and gazelles, so that more enterprises can accelerate in new fields and new tracks.
