Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has expressed readiness to host talks in Minsk between Russian President Vladimir Putin, US President Donald Trump, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
In an interview with US blogger Mario Nawfal, Lukashenko emphasized the importance of negotiating with Zelensky, stating, "Zelensky represents the majority of the Ukrainian population. Therefore, we should negotiate. Do come. We will sit here and reach an agreement calmly, without any noise. So tell Trump that I am looking forward to receiving him here with Putin and Zelensky."
Lukashenko also remarked on Trump's leadership style, suggesting he is more independent than his predecessor, Joe Biden. He noted, "Even if it is wrong, he will make a decision. Biden did not make the decision himself. He was told not to call, and he didn't call. He was told to call Putin a dictator, and he called him a dictator."
Additionally, Lukashenko implied that during Biden's administration, representatives of the military industry were particularly influential in promoting their interests.
