The 2025 Academy Awards took place on March 2 at 7 p.m. EST (March 3, 8 a.m. HKT). BLACKPINK member Lisa made history as the first-ever K-pop artist to perform on the Oscars stage.

During this year's ceremony, Lisa performed in a special segment paying tribute to the iconic James Bond film series. She joined artists Doja Cat and RAYE to deliver a powerful rendition of Bond theme songs. Lisa specifically performed "Live and Let Die", originally sung by Paul McCartney and Wings.
