Its latest job postings on recruitment platforms reveal salaries reaching up to 1.12 million RMB annually for recent graduates in AI-related fields.

According to Securities Times, DeepSeek is hiring for various roles, among them, the Deep Learning Researcher position offers a salary range of 50,000–80,000 RMB per month with 14 months of pay annually, based in Beijing. This means fresh graduates starting at the company could earn up to 1.12 million RMB annually if paid at the highest rate.

Industry insiders revealed that top university students who secure offers through campus recruitment are eligible to receive the same salaries during their internships as they would after joining full-time. Job responsibilities for the Deep Learning Researcher role include designing innovative deep neural networks, building rigorous algorithm evaluation systems, and advancing fundamental research in cutting-edge fields. Candidates must have expertise in machine learning or deep learning, exceptional programming skills, a strong track record of innovative research, and publications in leading international conferences or journals.

In addition to full-time positions, DeepSeek is also recruiting interns for roles such as AGI Large Model Data Specialist and Deep Learning-AGI Intern. Interns receive a daily wage of approximately 500 RMB, with free lunch and an 80 RMB dinner allowance. This means undergraduate interns working 20 days per month can earn over 10,000 RMB monthly.
