According to CCTV News on Jan. 25, during the X Games Aspen 2025, Eileen Gu (Gu Ailing), who was the third to compete, fell three times and got injured during the competition. She ended up ranking fourth in the street-style event and subsequently withdrew from the later U-pool and big air competitions.
After the competition, Gu expressed that the falls resulted in severe bruises, making it impossible for her to walk immediately, pushing her body to its limits.
