A man in his 30s has been arrested on suspicion of arson in connection with the "Kenneth Fire," a wildfire that broke out on Jan. 9 near the border of Los Angeles County and Ventura County. The fire prompted mandatory evacuation orders for residents in the Woodland Hills area.

According to reports from The Daily Telegraph and FOX News, the Kenneth Fire burned approximately 0.2 square kilometers of land after igniting in the Woodland Hills region. The Los Angeles Fire Department quickly issued emergency evacuation orders for all residents in the affected area.

Police confirmed that the suspect, described as a homeless man, was apprehended in the West Hills neighborhood after being spotted by local residents allegedly attempting to start a fire. Authorities are investigating whether the suspect is linked to other recent wildfires in the area.
