A New Year's Eve fireworks display will be held tomorrow (Dec. 30). The Transport Department reminds that special arrangements will be implemented at the Lo Wu Control Point.
Passenger clearance services at the Lo Wu Control Point will be extended until 2 a.m. on New Year's Day. In terms of transportation, the MTR East Rail Line will extend its service, with the last train to Lo Wu departing from Admiralty at 12:56 a.m. on New Year's Day. The last train to Admiralty will leave Lo Wu at 2:30 a.m.
If passengers miss the last train to Lo Wu, the East Rail Line will operate overnight. Travelers can take Bus N73 from Sheung Shui Station to San Tin, then transfer to another bus to Huanggang Port to cross the boundary.
