New Year's Day and Christmas are approaching, according to the China Railway Guangzhou Group, Shenzhen Futian Station and Hong Kong's West Kowloon Station will add 144 high-speed rail trips from Dec. 24 to Dec. 29 to meet the demand for public travel between the two places during the holidays.
To facilitate cross-boundary travelers to purchase tickets, a special window for Hong Kong West Kowloon tickets has been set up in the ticketing hall, and full guidance services have been arranged to ensure that travelers can receive timely assistance and guidance in all aspects such as ticketing, security check, and boarding the train.
In addition, charging tables have been set up in the waiting room for free use by passengers, which enhances the travel experience and at the same time reflects the meticulous attention and active response of the railroad authorities to the needs of passengers.
