On the evening of Dec. 19, President Xi Jinping attended a welcome dinner hosted by the Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR) government.
Xi arrived in Macao yesterday afternoon (Dec. 18) on a special flight. He will participate in a series of activities celebrating the 25th anniversary of Macao's return to the motherland from Dec. 18 to 20.
This includes attending the ceremony for the 25th anniversary of Macao's return and the inauguration of the sixth government of the Macao SAR, as well as inspecting the region.
