A traffic accident occurred in Tsim Sha Tsui today (Dec. 13). At around 2 PM, a van traveling along Nathan Road towards the waterfront lost control near Carnarvon Road, crashing into a lamp post and overturning. The driver managed to climb out of the vehicle on his own and was taken to the hospital by ambulance for treatment.

The Transport Department has announced that due to the accident, parts of the traffic lanes near Carnarvon Road on Nathan Road (both directions) are now closed. Drivers can only use the remaining lanes, and the area is currently experiencing heavy traffic congestion.
