Two traffic accidents occurred on Tsing Ma Bridge this morning (November 4), causing traffic congestion in the direction of the airport.
The first accident occurred at 6:31 a.m. Police received a report of a collision between a cab and a lorry, with the cab driver reporting back pain. The other accident occurred at 7:50 am this morning. It was reported that a cab collided with a lorry and one person had to be hospitalized.
The Transport Department said that due to the accident, the Lantau Link (Tsing Ma Bridge) Airport-bound Express Line was closed for a while until 8:42 am. Tsing Ma Bridge traffic congestion, the tail end of the vehicle queue once went to Cheung Tsing Highway near Kam Chuk Kok.
