Get ready for 60+ live performances at HK's flagship pop music festival from Oct. 31 to Nov. 3
The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (the Authority or WKCDA) and HKT join together to proudly present Hong Kong's flagship pop music festival, "HKT x WESTK POPFEST" (POPFEST), which will be staged from 31 October to 3 November 2024 at the West Kowloon Cultural District (WestK).
Some of the hottest local young idols and groups, including Anson Lo from MIRROR, the popular girl group COLLAR, and P1X3L members Phoebus Ng and Yan Ting. International stars such as British R&B singer Jorja Smith and Japanese actress Hikari Mitsushima from "First Love" will join the stellar lineup. Over the course of four days, more than 60 performances will be held across multiple stages, including Wonderland, Freespace, Art Park, M+, and Lau Bak Livehouse in the West Kowloon Cultural District!
Top Music and Idol Groups Take Over Wonderland: Anson Lo, Hikari Mitsushima to Perform
One of the festival's highlights, "HKT x WESTK POPFEST," will occur at the iconic outdoor stage in Wonderland. Over two nights (November 2 and 3), the event will feature 10 top music acts from Hong Kong and abroad!
The first night (November 2) will showcase a star-studded lineup of local idols, while the second night (November 3) promises performances by popular music acts from the UK, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, setting the festival atmosphere ablaze!

Free Light Show "Submerged Paradise": Hong Kong's Largest Outdoor Dance Party!
This year's festival will feature Submergence, a large-scale immersive light installation by the renowned UK art collective Squidsoup, at the Waterfront Park. Alongside this, the largest outdoor music and dance party in Hong Kong, HKT x WESTK POPFEST: Submerged Paradise, will take place.
The party will showcase a variety of dance styles, including CityPop, Urban, Latin, and contemporary ballet. Star choreographer Shing Mak, along with MIRROR member Stanley (Stanley Yau) and King Maker V champion Lyman, will join in to showcase their dance skills, offering a fresh multimedia experience for festival-goers!

Explore the Elements of Music: Fire, Earth, Water, Air
- Celestial Unboxed takes place at The Box at Freespace on 2 and 3 November, featuring local independent music producer J1M3 – a close collaborator with various popular singers and bands – as music director together with four local singers each with a distinct personal style. Embracing the explorative spirit of Freespace, the concert's concept draws on the four astrological elements, Fire, Earth, Water and Wind, to present pop music works and arrangements with contrasting lighting and video that embody the passionate intensity of fire, the stability and solidity of the earth, the fluidity and sensitivity of water, and the ever-changing nature of wind.
